[ artist's statement ]I am an expressionist painter. I am very fond of colour and try to use it effectively as a tool for expression. My paintings are primarily figurative and abstract. Many of my pieces are emotive expressions of the human condition. A view of the internal landscape. I love and am inspired by music and often paint pieces with musical themes. Poetry and lyrics are on most of the paintings, sometimes visiable and sometimes not. |
